The Magical Mystery Tour is a community-led tour of the PAX city and is a major pre-pax community event.

The Magical Mystery Tour is a community-led tour of sights around Seattle/Boston on the 2 days before PAX.
Potential destinations are suggested and voted on by the community. About a month before PAX, the most popular spots are compiled into a 2-day schedule.
The tour generally runs from 9am to 5pm on the Wednesday and Thursday before PAX.

The Magical Mystery Tour was started in 2008 when VThornHeart got the idea to see if he could get a group tour of the Nintendo facilities. Unfortunately, that didn't work out. They visited other sights around Seattle instead. It became a tradition and even got carried over to Boston when PAX East started.
Below is a run down of previous Magical Mystery Tours with specific info for each.

Volunteer Opportunities

Does this event require volunteers? Put possible jobs here and outline what they are responsible for and how much of a time commitment can be expected.

The cost of the tour varies widely. It is largely determined by what sights are chosen to be on the schedule and their respective ticket prices. Travel and food costs need also be considered. Due to the open nature of the event (attendees can participate in as much or as little as they choose), the cost can also vary from person to person.

Some years the tour has had an attendance cap, requiring participants to sign up in advance. Signups occur via the PAX Forums.

Anything else that needs to be mentioned about the event should go here or any other heading that you feel would fit.
